Reinforcement works on our network in Siġġiewi

Thanks to the replacement of five feeders that deliver electricity to the core of Siġġiewi, around 600 houses and businesses will benefit from a more reliable source of electrical supply. This initiative is one from a series of reinforcement projects being carried out at various locations around Malta and Gozo with the aim of strengthening the electricity supply.

What is a feeder?
A feeder is a low voltage cable (230/400V) supplying service lines with electrical energy, which in turn provide electricity to households.
