Replacement of transformer in Għargħu

In a substation at Għargħur, an  800 kVA transformer is being replaced with another one having a capacity of 1600 kVA, in order to meet the future demand in this area.

While the necessary works are being conducted, residents and nearby businesses are being supplied from an alternative source thus minimizing power interruptions.
