Successful tournament

The first-ever football competition, between teams form several Enemalta departments, was a remarkable sporting experience.

Six teams from ICT, Maintenance, District, Energiva, and Management and Regulatory Affairs departments competed in 5-a-side football matches on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at Attard football grounds.

After a tense game that requried extra time to declare the winner, the District team defeated ICT team. Third place went to the Maintenace division team.

After a tense final match, that required extra time, the District team won the tournament by defeating the ICT side. The Maintenance division team placed third.

This competition also served to select the Enemalta team players that will compete in the Malta Employees Sports Association league.
